She brings together over six years of industry experience and two years of postgraduate teaching, enabling her to integrate academic rigor with real-world business practice seamlessly. This blend allows her to mentor learners and professionals through a practical, application-oriented lens.
She is deeply committed to empowering women through digital skill development. To date, she has trained more than 300 women in digital marketing and network marketing strategies, supporting their entrepreneurial journeys and economic participation. This hands-on engagement with women entrepreneurs sparked her academic interest in understanding how digital platforms can create meaningful entrepreneurial opportunities and drive sustainable business outcomes.
Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in digital marketing and women entrepreneurship, with a specific focus on social media, consumer engagement mechanisms, and business growth. Her research examines how platform features, engagement behaviors, and individual characteristics—particularly among women entrepreneurs—interact within online business ecosystems to influence entrepreneurial success.
