Welcome to my website.
I am an applied economist and postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Strategy, Technology, and Organization (ISTO) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU Munich).
My research uses field and online experiments, natural experiments, and large-scale observational data to investigate how organizations can enhance knowledge work through digital platforms, AI, and social architecture.
Ongoing projects focus on: How do digital platforms and collaboration tools shape productive interactions? How do incentives and peer dynamics affect knowledge sharing and creative output? And increasingly — how does generative AI change knowledge work?
I am a co-investigator on a Schmidt Science for Society "AI at Work" program-funded project studying the effects of generative AI on knowledge workers in a randomized controlled trial. Two of my working papers have received revise-and-resubmit decisions at Management Science and the Strategic Management Journal.
I completed my Ph.D. at LMU Munich and the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, and was a Fulbright Scholar at the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard (LISH).
