Throughout the exchange year, students have the opportunity to participate in several district -organized trips designed to help them discover Bolivia and sometimes another neighbor country, experience new cultures, and strengthen friendships with fellow exchange students.Â
Usually taking place between November and December, the Bolivia Tour is one of the highlights of the exchange year. Students travel through six of Bolivia's nine departments, experiencing the country's incredible diversity of landscapes, cultures, and traditions.
The trip is partially subsidized by Rotary District 4690 and its host clubs, which cover 50% of the total cost.

An international trip is typically organized between April and May. The destination may vary from year to year.
During the previous exchange year, students traveled to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where they enjoyed cultural activities and visited some of the city's most iconic attractions. However, future destinations may change depending on the program.
This trip is 100% financed by the students and their families.

At some point during the exchange year, students may also have the opportunity to visit the Chiquitania region, known for its Jesuit heritage, natural beauty, and unique cultural traditions.
Unlike the other trips, this experience is completely free of charge for students, as it is fully funded by Rotary.
