For this project I was Lead Programmer, developing the core game mechanics, diegetic UI, menus, pizza delivery mechanics, among others.
This game was made for the Experimental Game Design course at RPI using Unreal Engine 5 over less than a 2 week span.
Back-seat Driver is a fun arcade-style 2-player game where you attempt to deliver pizzas. While, the driver player has the controller, they won't get far without the passenger, who not only has the map to the City of Yortland but also can actually see where the car is going. Through clever communication (or panicked yelling), the two must deliver as many pizzas and make as much money as possible before the time runs out!
