Led the UX / Digitaldesign for McAfee’s Dell-exclusive Small Business browser product (the #1 priority for McAfee executive team in 2022), translating complex security features and admin controls into clear, user-friendly dashboards, onboarding flows, emails, and alerts. I collaborated closely with Product Managers in the US and Developers in India, mapped user journeys, created reusable interface components, and iterated based on stakeholder feedback. The project improved usability, clarity, and engagement across all touchpoints.
