Our recruitment process is easy, and hand made for pilots for a seamless experience. It is divided in three parts:

Part 1: Entrance test

Part 2: Callsign and Crew center setup

Part 3: Introductory flight

Congratulations! You will then officially become a pilot in Ryanair Virtual group and can log flights flown for us.
