I blend talk therapy with somatic exploration and visualization work - healing happens in your mind, body and imagination. We might explore thought or behavioural patterns, be curious about what your body is telling you, dive into an emotional memory to discover what your younger self needs, or help different parts of yourself have overdue conversations. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where growth can happen during belly laughs just as much as during tears. Healing doesn't always have to be heavy.
