The Zuik Housing Crisis is a housing crisis that started in the Republic of Zuik, it started in November 2023 and has resulted in a total of 23,484 people to be homeless in Zuik. (as of July 8, 2025)
The Zuik Housing Crisis started on November 17, 2023 when the Toniron City Government reported a total of 27 people that we're homeless, they had enough money but there was no houses available.
On January 23, 2024, the Toniron City Government announced that the average house prices we're $1.3 Million ZKD
On December 8, 2024, the Toniron City Government announced that home prices had increased to $2.4 Million ZKD
On February 2, 2025, the Zuik Government created the Toniron Housing Act which required there to be built in Zuik before April 1, 2025 or else major budget cuts will be placed on companies operating in Zuik (including higher taxes), only 1 housing development was built before this law was dissolved, mainly due to the fact that the quality of the housing developments we're not that great. This also caused the Quality Standards to be passed.
On April 7, 2025, the Toniron City Government announced that house prices have fallen to $1.7 Million due to the fact that new cities like Dune, and Yesville
