IMPORTANT DATES:

· June 17 through August 7: Workouts (7-8:30 am)/Open Gym (8:45-10 am)

· July 11 – Rutgers Camp @ BYC (9:30-3:30)

· August 11-13 (9 am – 3 pm): Tryouts

· August 14-15 (9 am – 3 pm): Practice

· August 18 Picture Day (12pm): Practice 3-6 pm

o Players will stay after pictures for practice.

· August 19 (3 pm – 7 pm): TriScrimmage. Mandatory parent to follow conclusion of scrimmage.

· August 20-21: Practice : 3-6 pm

· August 22: First match vs Garnet Valley HS; Team Bonding (Laser Tag) 3pm-5pm.

· August 29/Sept 1: Practice (we will have practice on either both or one of these days). Players who miss practice due to a vacation will be considered unexcused and will not play in the following match.

Summer Workouts

Summer Workouts/Open Gym (optional)

Optional workouts will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays (7am - 8:30 am) in the weight room, JUNE 17th to August 7th. (Final schedule can be found on SPOND)
- To participate in weight room sessions, registration is required. Please register no later than June 8th if you plan to attend any sessions (drop in included)

- Cost to participate is $140/player for all sessions (8 weeks).
  - Participants will be sent a separate payment link in June.
  - If you are not interested in registering for all 8 weeks, the drop-in rate is $25/per session.
  - An “At-home workout” program (free) will be listed on our website should you not want to participate.
Open Gyms will be scheduled on select days following our training sessions. We will communicate open gyms through SPOND.

Rutgers/Rustin VB Camp

July 11 at BYC from 9:30-3:30 pm.
Rutgers Univ. is returning to the area to host a camp for our players. Unfortunately, we must hold this year’s session at BYC in Glen Mills because the gym floors are being waxed at RHS.
Rutgers will hold another day-long camp on July 10 at Shoot Hoops KOP (9:30-3:30pm).
If you want to register for one of the Rutgers camps, please register for the one held on July 11th, as this is the date dedicated to Rustin Volleyball.

Tryout Paperwork

REQUIRED paperwork/clearances must be completed before August 1st to try out.
- Register in Family ID (opens May 1st)
- Upload PIAA Physical form
- Physicals must be dated after May 1, 2025
