Funding Requests

The 2019-2020 PTO Budget includes a Discretionary Fund for funding requests that occur after the finalized budget has been approved. There is $2,000 allocated for Discretionary Funding Requests for each trimester for the 2019-2020 school year.

Rush Creek PTO Funding Request Procedure:

Teacher, Staff or Extracurricular Group will complete a PTO Funding Request Form. You may obtain a request form for our website (see below) or email us at rushcreekpto@gmail.com.

Once the form is completed, please return to the PTO Mailbox or send it to rushcreekpto@gmail.com.

The PTO Mailbox will be reviewed regularly by the PTO President and an email will be sent to the request originator once the request is received. If there are available funds, the originator of the request will be notified of the date the request will be reviewed by the Executive Board. The request will be brought to the next Executive Board meeting to determine if the request meets the guidelines of the PTO Mission and Values Statement, the Executive Board will then vote on the request. The request originator will be notified within one week of the Executive Board Meeting with an update on the request.
