Philosophy
As far as I can remember from my early childhood, I always have been a Thinker and Tinker. The creative thinker dreams of innovations while the Tinker transforms them into a reality. As a Computer Science professional, I learned to use these capabilities to invent and build digital products that serve communities and customers.
Throughout the 18 years of my career, I worked in diverse industries such as healthcare, retail, law, insurance, finance, and telecommunication, building products with two principles: 'strive for value' and 'make a positive impact'. As a born leader with integrity and discipline, my leadership quality propels me to 'do the right things' and my management quality navigates me to 'do things right'. I bring talent, skills, passion, commitment, hard work, and loyalty to the workplace. With my gritty personality and growth mindset, I am always seeking to take on tough challenges as I resonate with a favorite quote by Master Shifu: "If you only do what you can do, you will never be more than who you are."
