When you click to subscribe, activate and use the automatic membership renewal service of this product (hereinafter referred to as the "automatic renewal service"), you are deemed to have agreed to these rules. You understand and agree:
1. If you activate this automatic renewal service and do not take the initiative to explicitly cancel this automatic renewal service within the time period for canceling automatic renewal as stipulated in this agreement, you will be deemed to have authorized this product to entrust Apple Pay to automatically deduct the payment as stipulated in this agreement. Within the payment period, the service fee for the next billing cycle will be automatically deducted from the balance of the account bound when you opened this automatic renewal service (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Account"), thereby extending the validity period of the membership service corresponding to that billing cycle.
2. Billing cycle: such as monthly (specifically subject to what is provided by this product), members can choose by themselves.
3. Automatic deduction rules 3.1 The automatic deduction time of the automatic renewal service may be affected by the deduction rules of the payment channel, as follows: Apple in-app payment (IAP: in-app purchase): If you activate this automatic renewal service through Apple’s Apple ID , and if the automatic renewal service is not explicitly canceled within the time period specified in this agreement, Apple will cancel the automatic renewal service on the expiration date of each subscription period (subject to the Apple subscription expiration time, please refer to Apple for details). iOS device "Settings" --> "Apple ID, iCloud, Media and Purchases" --> Click "Subscription" --> Select this product to view) From the Apple ID account bound when you opened this automatic renewal service on the same day, the following (collectively referred to as the "Account") will automatically deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from the balance. If the deduction is successful, the membership validity period corresponding to the billing cycle will be automatically extended. If the service cannot be deducted in the next billing cycle due to AppleID account issues (such as credit card expiration, debit channel limits), etc., it will automatically enter the Apple debit retry period. Apple's deduction retry period is within 60 days after the subscription period expires. During the deduction retry period, Apple will retry deductions every day. 3.2 If you activate the automatic renewal service, you agree that the payment channel can deduct the next billing period from your bound account without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information. Service fee. 3.3 You should pay attention to the above-mentioned accounts and deductible balance status. Any risks and/or losses such as renewal failure due to account problems or insufficient balance shall be borne by you.
4. Cancellation method: 4.1 You can cancel the automatic renewal service through the following methods: Apple In-App Payment (IAP: in-app purchase): If you activate this automatic renewal service through Apple's Apple ID, you can cancel the automatic renewal 24 hours before the expiration date of each subscription period (based on the Apple subscription expiration time) through the following path. iOS12 and above systems: Open the "Settings" of the Apple iOS device --> "Apple ID, iCloud, Media and Purchases" --> Click "Subscribe" --> Select this product and cancel the subscription. Systems below iOS12: Open the "Settings" of the Apple iOS device --> Enter "iTunes Store and App Store" --> Click "Apple ID" --> Select "View Apple ID" --> Enter the "Account Settings" page -- > Click "Subscribe" --> Select this product and cancel the subscription. 4.2 You understand and agree that there may be a delay in updating the automatic renewal status, which will be determined by your renewal status displayed in this product. And before you successfully cancel this service, the deduction instruction that has been entrusted for automatic renewal of this product is still valid. The fees deducted by this product before the cancellation operation is completed based on this instruction will not be refunded or compensated.
5. If the membership service price of this product is adjusted during/before automatic renewal, the currently effective price shall prevail. If the membership service price of this product is adjusted, this product will inform you through one or more methods such as on-site messages, etc., and has the right to cancel the automatic renewal service for you and stop providing related services to you after the expiration of the current service cycle. If you agree to the adjusted price, please re-purchase the membership service of this product and activate the automatic renewal service.
6. Unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement or otherwise stipulated in the relevant rules of this product, this automatic renewal service will be effective for a long time from the date you activate it until you choose to cancel this automatic renewal service.
7. If you violate this Agreement and the rules of this product, we have the right to stop providing you with automatic renewal services based on your violation, and you will be responsible for any resulting legal liabilities and consequences.
