Together, we discover and support your inspiration and goals, and then accomplish the steps to make them possible. We support you, all of you: where you are now, where you want to be, and the goals you never thought possible.

Self-care is the cornerstone to balancing all life has to throw at you and that means developing a routine where your body and mind receive the support they thrive on. We are experts at that.
The running community is one of the BEST parts of running. Check out the local running groups, many of them can be found on Instagram. If you are interested in a group, my personal favorite is Sole Train, organized through Second Sole in Lakewood. The workouts and runs are awesome, the people are even better. Contact them here. Other running groups in the Cleveland - West area include Cleveland West Road Runners Club, Run Wild CLE, Guardian Runners, Run The Land, PLX North Running Club, and Run with the Winners.

Hey there! I am Laura Hunter, your coach at Run Hunter Studio. I couldn't be more excited to support you through your journey - wherever you are and wherever you want to go.
My history with running began when I was about 4. I remember running my first kids run and starting my final kick WAY too soon, but loved every minute. Although I participated in many sports as a kid, my own relationship with running gained traction in college when I trained for a 10k. I was hooked. My husband jokes that running is the longest commitment I have ever had in my life.... he's not wrong.
As life unfolded for my husband and I, we ended up in the Cleveland area with two awesome kids. Many aspects of our life have changed since starting a family, but running has always been a constant source of sanity and structure. My kids have given me the opportunity to take a good long look at all aspects of my health (and life). From prioritizing fitness and healthy foods in a chaotic schedule to working through the intense emotions that come with parenting, I have learned how to make big changes in order to be my best.
I have learned (and continue to learn) so much about the sport of running and living a mindful, balanced lifestyle through my own experiences over the past 10 years. Through these experience, I have uncovered a more specific purpose: helping people do (and through) hard things as we strive to live a life filled with heart, grit, and integrity. I am here for you. As your friend. As your motivation. As your coach.
