Book onto sessions near you hosted by friendly, experienced runners. Each 'run' uses the local roads to offer a simple running session that works for everyone whether you are in the run/walk phase, running continuously or getting into interval training - more about how far/fast you'll run. Guy is one of the original Run For Your Lifers and has joined or led over 200 runs. Heart-bow to you Guy.

CHERRY HINTON, CAMBRIDGE
Richard is a qualified Leader in Running Fitness. He has been running since he gave up smoking in July 2010. He really likes chickens.
Ashley is friendly, energetic and a triathlete (often these things go together!). She has two children and you might spot her whipping along with a double buggy.
Gabor is fun, kind and Hungarian. All excellent qualities for being a Run For Your Life host. He's based on the science park, working in Agile Software Development
WEST CAMBRIDGE SITE
Carrie started Run For Your Life in 2012 and hosted the Coleridge Rec group for four years - and now has headed north to the West Cambridge Site!
As well as the running, we are nailing the standing at bus stops and we're all over the pizza eating.
