The key to all three goals is CONSISTENCY.
Consistency in running. Consistency in doing the little things, pre and post run work, diet, sleep and stress managment
NEVER NOT GETTING BETTER
The key to getting better at running is to run. There are no off seasons. You must run daily. You must be consistent. You're not always going to want to run; you have to do it anyways. The hardest part is getting out the door. Nothing replaces putting the time in on your feet. Off-season and seasons. Nice days and bad days.
