## 2. HOW THE APP WORKS
The App includes a card game that runs on your device without requiring an account. It also obtains an address from our content service and may display third-party content in an in-app web view. That content is operated by a content partner and may offer separate account, payment, or other features. Information you submit to that content partner is governed by the privacy policy shown within the applicable webpage.
The App does not itself require you to provide your name, email address, postal address, phone number, payment details, government identification, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, or precise location.

## 3. INFORMATION PROCESSED BY THE APP AND OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS
To operate the App, deliver web content, protect the service, and measure advertising performance, the following information may be processed:
• Internet Protocol (IP) address and country or approximate region inferred from it;
• Device model, operating-system version, language, and region;
• App name, version, Apple application ID, and Bundle ID;
• An AppsFlyer-generated installation identifier (AppsFlyer ID);
• Install, app-open, session, and attribution information;
• Limited product-interaction events, such as starting or finishing a game; and
• Diagnostic network information needed to deliver or secure the requested content.
These items may be processed even if you decline Apple's App Tracking Transparency request, where permitted by Apple and applicable law, but the App will not access or transmit your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) unless you authorize tracking.
The App does not include a third-party crash-reporting SDK and does not display third-party advertisements in the native card game.

## 4. INFORMATION STORED ONLY ON YOUR DEVICE
The App stores game settings and progress in its local storage area using iOS UserDefaults. This may include:
• Sound, music, haptics, language, and table-theme preferences;
• Games played, games won, scores, difficulty, experience, and win streaks;
• Poker-hand and Rummy statistics;
• Daily Challenge progress; and
• Unlocked achievements.
We do not upload this game-progress data to our servers. It may be included in an encrypted device backup if you enable backup for the App through Apple.
You may erase it using the App's "Reset progress" option or by deleting the App.

## 5. APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY AND ADVERTISING ATTRIBUTION
We use AppsFlyer to understand which advertising campaigns result in installs and engagement. We may share or receive measurement results involving advertising platforms from which we purchase ads, including Meta and Google.
We also use Apple's SKAdNetwork and Google's on-device conversion measurement technology to support privacy-preserving or aggregated attribution.
Before the App accesses the IDFA or uses it for tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies, iOS presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) request.
If you decline or have not granted permission:
• The App does not read or transmit your IDFA;
• You can continue using the App; and
• Attribution may still occur using non-IDFA, aggregated, or privacy-preserving methods permitted by Apple.
If you authorize tracking, the App may send the IDFA to AppsFlyer and append it to the partner-content URL for campaign attribution. The AppsFlyer installation identifier may also be appended to that URL.
You can review or change your choice at any time in:
**iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking**
Changing the setting applies to future processing and does not automatically delete information already processed.

## 6. THIRD-PARTY WEB CONTENT
The App may display content supplied by a third-party content partner in a secure WKWebView.
The webpage receives ordinary web-request information, such as your IP address and browser/device information. It may also receive the AppsFlyer installation identifier and campaign information, and it receives the IDFA only when ATT permission has been granted.
The partner webpage may collect information that you enter there, including account or transaction information, according to its own privacy policy.
We encourage you to review the privacy policy displayed within that webpage before submitting information.
The App itself does not store payment-card details.

## 7. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information described in this Policy may be used to:
• Provide, maintain, and secure the App and requested web content;
• Measure installs, sessions, and campaign performance;
• Understand limited App interactions and improve the App;
• Detect fraud, abuse, and technical problems;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms; and
• Respond to privacy requests or inquiries.
Depending on your location, processing is based on your consent, performance of a service you request, compliance with law, and/or our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and measuring the App.
Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time.

Local game data remains on your device until you reset it, delete the App, or it is removed through your device or backup settings.

Because native game progress is stored only on your device, we generally cannot access or delete it remotely. Use "Reset progress" in the App or delete the App to remove that data.

The third-party content displayed in the App may impose a higher minimum age or other eligibility restrictions under its own terms.
