I hold a Ph.D. in Economics and an MS in Quantitative Methods in Finance from the University of Coimbra. I obtained a BS in Applied Mathematics at the University of Beira Interior.

My research focuses on financial decision-making under uncertainty. This research revolves around computational finance, financial optimization, and quantitative finance.
