I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting and Business Analytics at Alberta School of Business.
My research interests lie in data-driven decision-making in revenue management and supply chain management.
My current research focuses on the design and pricing of size-based bundle promotions under complex customer choice behavior. This line of research is mainly motivated by my working experience at JD.com.
My research also involves using optimization and machine learning tools to address problems in smart city operations (e.g., hydrogen fuel-cell vehicles and drone-based humanitarian delivery).
Before joining U of A, I received my Ph.D. degree in Operations Research and Analytics from the National University of Singapore. I also hold a B.S. in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Fudan University and an M.E. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
