Handloom process is a laborious & dextrose process. It is mainly carried out in India.
It’s process starts with picking high quality kala cotton.
After picking cotton, seeds are extracted from it.
Then, cotton is spun into charkha or on mill in big firms to convert it to yarn.
Yarn is wrapped by the women to make loom.
Crosswise threads are passed to roll it on the boboin.
Then yarn is woven into fabric.
Handloom manufacturing sector is mainly alive in Rural & Semi-urban areas. which empowers the employment.
Crosstread is then wrapped into wrapper tania or taniavala, which is 63 yards in length.
Then, yarn is sent for the dying process. where yarn is dyed with different vibrant colors.
Then cross woven treads consists of plain cotton are transferred to the bobbin for shuttle.
Afterthat yarn is woven into fabric.

Initially women make wrap for the loom.
Wrap yarn is stretched.
The weft yarn is rolled into a bobbin.
Fabric is created on the loom.
