IntersectIQ(IIQ) is a start-up dedicated to digitalisation through AI, ML, Computer Vision etc. In our projects, we primarily focused on overall plant safety, monitoring and surveillance. While their technological solutions helped in detecting and monitoring anomaly, our design helped to consolidate the data and the multiple features in a lean manner across the platforms. Through the various graphs and categories, the information was made available to the user in a concise and intuitive way.
THE PRODUCTS
Dolphin - A Predictive Maintenance App
DOLPHIN platform for Predictive maintenance can assist in providing early warning of failures and machine downtime required.
Our design translates the data into actionable insights through intuitive experience. Our users, the managers, are engaged in time-sensitive tasks. Hence, our design's primary goal is to impart the critical information and deviations to the user quickly and clearly. We have included digital blueprint of the machine and the plant area to capture user's attention to the alerts, aid in faster decision making. The layout in easily scannable which improves the learnability of any first time or retuning user.
This was developed by IntersectIQ using AI/ML and used by clients like JSW Steel to drastically improve the safety conditions and prevent accidents.
Nasscom - Safety and Prevention Platform
This dashboard was designed to provide at-a-glance information used for analysis and decision making. The primary goal is to make the best use of the industrial safety data (Plant wise incidents, at risk employees, anomaly, etc), analyze trends and drive decision making. Users would want to see a quick relationship and comparison in the data hence these familiar visualisation charts have been used.
Customisation is possible in data viewing. Also, since, most of the users are working on-field, hence a Dark UI would reduce eye strain and also modernize the look and feel of the product.
Yard Management Tool
This tool predicts the material location and delivery time between points, thus managing logistics and productivity. On searching for a 'Coil by RFID No.' here, it suggests the coil positioning, contact details for mannual validation, an optimized route and ETA. With "Start" CTA, it would give a real time vehicle tracking. This reduces efforts of the overseer on multiple fronts. The user can easily switch between Map and Grid View as well.
This was designed aligned with the exiting navigation apps to sustain the familiarity with the user, reduce learning time. The layout and functionality is clear and without redundancy - helping users be quick, proactive and efficient.
