The IT Department can connect to your computer remotely to provide a fix. To do this, please follow these directions or check out the video at the bottom of the page.
1. GO TO YOUR MAIN FOLDER (bottom Toolbar)
2. FIND THE C: DRIVE (On the left hand side of your window)
3. DOUBLE-CLICK on the RRVSD-UPDATE-SUPPORT folder
4. DOUBLE-CLICK on the REMOTE-SUPPORT folder
5. DOUBLE-CLICK on the RRVSD-Remote-Support App
6. This window will pop up. Please give this information to the Tech and they can log in to your machine.
