If you want a premium, high-capacity storage solution for your entire music library while swimming or on video calls without a phone tether, choose RR SPORTS IP68; if you need a lightweight, ultra-durable frame with slightly longer battery life for intense marathon training and quick pairing, choose esonstyle Swimming Headphones Underwater.
• RR SPORTS IP68: Excels in massive onboard storage (32GB) and features the latest Bluetooth 6.0 chip for superior interference resistance, but trades off a shorter battery life compared to its rival.
• esonstyle Swimming Headphones Underwater: Offers an impressive 8-hour battery run-time and a titanium-grade durability feel with a 2-meter depth rating advantage, though it holds significantly less music data internally.
• The Verdict: Pick RR SPORTS if you are a heavy media user who needs to store thousands of tracks offline; pick esonstyle if endurance and weight reduction are your absolute top priorities.
The RR SPORTS IP68 model is engineered specifically for the athlete who refuses to compromise on their audio library. With a built-in 32GB memory capacity, this device can store up to 7,000 songs across various formats like MP3, WMA, WAV, and FLAC. This isn't just about having music; it is about having your music available instantly without needing a smartphone nearby. For someone who relies on a specific playlist for every lap or run, the sheer volume of storage here is a game-changer. You can download your entire collection directly from a computer using the included magnetic charging cable and never worry about running out of space during a long session.
This headphone is also a strong contender for those prioritizing connection stability during wireless use. Equipped with the latest Bluetooth 6.0 technology, it boasts enhanced interference resistance and a stable range of up to 10 meters. While bone conduction headphones are generally excellent for safety, the upgraded chip in the RR SPORTS unit ensures that when you are not underwater, the signal remains solid even in crowded gyms or busy parks. The open-ear design utilizes soft silicone to provide a secure fit that accommodates swim caps and goggles comfortably, making it ideal for triathletes or runners who need ambient awareness without sacrificing comfort.

However, there is a trade-off you must accept with this model. While the storage and connectivity are top-tier, the battery life averages around 7 hours. If you are planning an ultra-endurance event where you cannot charge your gear mid-day, this might be a limiting factor compared to other options. Additionally, the enclosure material is silicone, which offers great comfort but a different tactile feel than the rigid ABS frames found on some competitors. If your primary goal is seamless integration into a video call setup while jogging or cycling, the clear transmission of the bone conduction driver combined with the robust Bluetooth 6.0 chip makes this a very capable tool for staying connected while moving.
The esonstyle Swimming Headphones Underwater appeals to the minimalist and the endurance athlete who values every gram. At only 28 grams, the lightweight construction paired with a flexible frame means these headphones practically disappear on your head during intense activities. The build quality uses Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), offering a shatterproof durability that feels rugged enough for rough handling. The waterproofing is equally impressive, rated for submersion up to 3 meters for over 60 minutes, giving you a slight edge in depth capability compared to standard models. This makes it an excellent choice for deep-water swimmers or anyone worried about accidental drops into deeper pools.
Battery longevity is where this model truly shines for the active user. With an average battery life of 8 hours, it provides that extra hour of playtime that can be critical during all-day events or multi-session training days. The internal storage is set at 8GB, which translates to roughly 2,000 songs. While this is less than the competitor, it is still sufficient for most casual listeners who don't carry a vast library locally. The device supports a shuffle mode in MP3 settings, allowing you to randomize your tracks easily without fiddling with a phone. The controls are straightforward, utilizing touch or button functions to switch between modes, ensuring you can manage playback without breaking your stride.
For those considering these for professional communication or headphone for video calls, the esonstyle model includes features designed for crystal-clear calls with low latency. The Bluetooth 6.0 connection ensures quick pairing and stable transmission when you are out of the water. However, users must remember that Bluetooth signals do not travel through water effectively; switching to MP3 mode is mandatory for any underwater activity. The passive noise cancellation feature helps filter out background wind or traffic noise, keeping your focus sharp. If you are looking for wireless wireless headphones for video calls that can handle a full day of movement without needing a recharge, the extended battery and lightweight profile make this a compelling option for the daily commuter or long-distance runner.

After analyzing the specifications and design philosophies of both units, I would personally buy the RR SPORTS IP68. The decision comes down to the value of having a true standalone music player with massive capacity. In my opinion, the ability to store 7,000 songs removes the anxiety of running out of tunes during a long week of training. Furthermore, the emphasis on the Bluetooth 6.0 chip suggests a more reliable experience for headphone for video calls when you are away from the pool. While the esonstyle offers a slightly longer battery life and lighter weight, the RR SPORTS provides a more complete package for the serious enthusiast who treats their audio gear as essential equipment rather than an accessory.
