Request Help Paying for your Past-Due Utility Bills

This form is the first step to request help paying past-due utility bills (gas, electric, water, trash) through the Richfield Community Safety Network.

Funds are intended only for households impacted by Operation Metro Surge (OMS) that live in Hennepin County and are limited to the past-due portion of your balance. If you do not currently have a past-due amount, you will need to wait until the account is past-due to submit an application. 

After you submit this form, a volunteer may follow up to confirm eligibility and payment details.

We may share your information with your utility provider and trusted volunteers to verify balances and coordinate payments.

Submitting this form does not guarantee assistance. Additional documentation may be required, and we may not be able to serve all households due to limited funding.
