Royal PTSA Student Representative Program

Fill out this Form if you are interested in being a Royal PTSA Student Representative.

Student Representative requirements (Student Representatives that complete all requirements will be recognized and receive a certificate.)

PTSA Membership
Attend 1 or more Association meetings
Volunteer for 2 or more PTA programs within Simi Valley PTA Council
Fill out completion form and submit by 5/10/2026 (Completion form will be sent to students that complete the Student Representative form)

Dine out nights are the first Tuesday of every month.
