Royal Oak Titans coaches will teach participants basic football and cheerleading skills.

This is a NO CONTACT clinic emphasizing football and cheerleading basics including the following:

Football

• Blocking
• Kicking
• Offensive and Defensive Positioning
• Offensive Backfield Drills

Cheerleading

• Form and Style
• Jumps and Kicks
• Flexibility
• Precision Ten Count Drill
