LTD. applies to ENJIA (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," or "ENJIA") in processing your personal information based on the applications, software, and related services provided by the Company. This Privacy Policy describes how the Company collects, stores, and shares your personal data and applies to situations where you visit the Company's website, install the Company's applications or play the Company's games, interact with us, or otherwise access or use any of the Company's services.
For what purposes will ENJIA process users' personal data, and for how long?
ENJIA will process the personal data you provide for the following purposes:
1. Maintenance, support, and updates of the services and their content.
2. Resolving any technical or other incidents that may occur related to the applications or services.
3. Compiling anonymous statistical reports on user access habits and activities.
4. To use certain features of our services, you may need to grant us access to your camera or microphone. Depending on the device you use, Apple and Android systems will seek your permission before granting us access to these features.
If a user provides third-party data, the user declares that they have obtained the third party's consent and undertakes to transfer the information contained in this privacy policy to the relevant party (i.e., the data holder), for which ENJIA assumes no responsibility. However, ENJIA may, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, take appropriate due diligence measures to verify the aforementioned facts.
Data will be processed within the time necessary to achieve the objectives, distinguishing between data used for managing contractual services and data collected for promotional or customer service purposes, unless the user requests ENJIA to remove the data, object to the data, or withdraw consent.
Information Collection Scope
I. Device Identification and Advertising Information
Collection Content: Unique device identifier (e.g., IMEI, OAID), advertising identifier, advertising interaction records
Purpose: Device binding, precise advertising targeting, and performance statistics
II. Sensor and Basic Equipment Information
Collection Content: Motion/environment sensor data (e.g., acceleration, light), device model/brand/system version, screen/battery basic information
Purpose: Adapting to device scenarios and ensuring normal function operation
III. Network and Hardware Configuration Information
Collection Content: Network type (5G/WiFi), IP address, carrier information, CPU/memory/storage parameters, hardware interface/driver version
Purpose: Optimizing network connectivity, adapting to high-load functions, and avoiding lag
IV. System and Environment Information
Collection Content: Virtual machine/system kernel version, root/jailbroken status, storage format, battery health, region/time zone/system notification settings

What data will we process?
We will process the data necessary to provide you with the services you require, including:
- Usage information. We collect information about your activity on our services, such as how you use them (e.g., your login date and time, time spent in the application, features you use, and ads you click).
- Geolocation data (in some of our applications) refers to any information that can indicate the geolocation of your device, which may include the location recording time. Some applications may collect this data when not opened or actively used.
- Your wireless and mobile network connectivity information, such as your service provider and signal strength.
- Hardware and software information, such as IP address, device type, application crashes, application version, advertising IDs (e.g., Google's Advertising ID and Apple's IDFA, both of which are randomly generated numbers that you can reset by going into your device's settings), browser type, version and language, operating system, time zone, and identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser (e.g., IMEI/UDID and MAC address).
What does ENJIA not involve?
Your security is always our top priority. Therefore, ENJIA will never collect or store your sensitive information under any circumstances. Your personal information will always remain in your control. We do not store or archive the following:
1. Name. Your identity information is always kept confidential, and ENJIA has no right to access this information.
2. Email Address. We only obtain your information when you actively contact us via email.
3. Phone Number. ENJIA will not use this information for any operational purpose; therefore, we do not authorize the use or storage of phone number credentials.
4. Any Type of Password. All passwords are fully encrypted, and your access credentials are protected by the strictest algorithmic security.
5. Address. None of ENJIA's applications request or collect specific address codes. If an application requires location permissions, the company will anonymously track the necessary geolocation data to ensure the application functions properly.
6. Credit Card or Any Billing or Payment Details. All sensitive payment-related data, such as credit card and/or bank information, is processed by Google or Apple for any digital products consumed through our applications. ENJIA has no right to access such information or related bank information.

How long will we retain user data?
Unless the user requests to opt out of ENJIA, objects, or withdraws their consent, data will be processed for the time intervals necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

User data may be disclosed to:
1. The entity responsible for managing the relevant services (as applicable).
2. We may disclose your information where reasonably necessary: (i) to comply with legal processes, such as court orders, subpoenas or search warrants, government/law enforcement investigations, or other legal requirements; (ii) in connection with the investigation, prevention, or other measures taken to address illegal activities, suspected fraud, or other misconduct; or (iii) to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, our employees, or others.
3. In addition, ENJIA's suppliers may have access to this data as such access is necessary to fully perform legal obligations and/or provide the aforementioned services. The aforementioned suppliers will not use your data for their own purposes without prior notification to ENJIA.
The recipients mentioned in this section may be located within or outside the European Economic Area; in the latter case, international data transfer is perfectly legal.
Exercising Your Rights
Users may at any time, free of charge, send a letter to the address shown in the heading of this policy, or an email to app@royal-card.app with the subject "Data Protection" and attach a copy of their ID:

• Confirm whether ENJIA processes your personal data.

• You may request the deletion of your data when it is no longer used for the purpose for which it was collected.
• Obtain restrictions on data processing from ENJIA when any of the conditions set forth in the Data Protection Regulation are met.
• Where permitted by law, you may seek human intervention, express your views, and challenge automated decisions made by ENJIA.

Withdrawing Consent and Opting Out of Information Sales
You can change your consent status at any time through the privacy settings in the ENJIA mobile games and applications. Please note that while ENJIA does not sell users' personal information, we may share this information with third parties (such as analytics and advertising companies) to improve and personalize your experience and to adjust the content and advertising on our services.
Adjusting your consent settings in the ENJIA apps and games will prevent data collection for these purposes and effectively prevent information sharing with our analytics and/or advertising partners.
Access Permissions
ENJIA will inform you if we hold any of your personal information if necessary. You can access or request the deletion of your personal information directly through the ENJIA mobile application.
Correction and Erasure
To delete your data or make it inaccessible, you can:
• Reset your Mobile Advertising Identifier (IDFA for iOS, GAAID for Android) or enable the "Restrict Ad Tracking" feature in your device settings to remove previously collected data from you or your device. Enabling the "Restrict Ad Tracking" option will also limit further data collection.
• To permanently delete or anonymize data previously collected by ENJIA about you and/or your device, please contact ENJIA's Data Protection Officer (contact details are in the "Contact Information" section below).
Security Measures
ENJIA will always handle user data with absolute confidentiality and keep it confidential in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Necessary technical and organizational measures are taken to ensure the security of your data and prevent it from being tampered with, lost, processed without authorization, or accessed, taking into account the current state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks they face.
Minors and Persons Without Capacity
For persons under the age of 14 or without capacity, consent to the processing of their personal data must be given by their parent or guardian. If you are a minor and unsure whether you fully understand this policy, please consult a trusted adult before using ENJIA applications and games. Please also note that ENJIA applications and games are not intended for persons under the age of 16.
