2023-2024 INFORMATION FOR ATHLETIC CLEARING
RHS has an online clearing process. Below is the link for the Athletic Physical Form. Please take this form to your doctor for your physical. You will then go to www.homecampus.com. At the end of that process, you will be sent an e-mail that you and your student need to sign and turn in along with the completed physical form.
