Officer Chip is the chief of the Cookie Cops in Pastry Land. He's very respected amongst the entire police force and the Pastrians. However, he's very kept to himself, no one knows him much outside of his job except for his family. To his peers, he's just a boss, and to the Pastrians, a savior.
