Habit and Task Data: Tasks you create, edit, or complete, and their history are stored securely in a secure database hosted on a private server.
App Preferences: UI settings such as dark/light mode are stored locally for a personalized experience.
Your information is used to:
Authenticate and manage your account securely.
Store your habits and progress history on our private server for access across devices.
Improve user experience through personalization features.
We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or third-party analytics.
Authentication: Managed via Firebase Authentication with encrypted credentials.
Task Data: Stored on a secure, private server, ensuring your habit history is retained and accessible when needed.
No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use external analytics or trackers.
All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections, and our servers are protected by standard industry-level security measures.
You can log out or reset data of your account at any time via the app's Settings.
You can request complete deletion of your data by contacting us directly or through app Settings.
Uninstalling the app will stop all data collection moving forward.
Routine Matters is not designed for children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. All changes will be posted here with the effective date clearly noted.
