RouteFrog ("we," "our," or "the app") is a mobile application that provides delivery route visualization for users of the Optilogic platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use RouteFrog.
Optilogic login credentials (username and password) are used solely to authenticate with the Optilogic platform. Credentials are transmitted securely and stored in encrypted device storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). We do not store your credentials on any external server.
Route data, delivery stop information, model/scenario selections, team memberships, and account details are retrieved from Optilogic's API on your behalf. This data is cached temporarily on your device for performance and is not shared with third parties.
Biometric data: If you enable Face ID or fingerprint login, biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. We never access, store, or transmit your biometric data.
Location data: The app may request access to your device location to display your position on the map relative to delivery stops. Location data is used locally and is not collected, stored, or transmitted to any server.
The app may receive in-app notifications via a secure WebSocket connection to the Optilogic platform. Notification content is stored locally on your device.
We use the information described above exclusively to:
Authenticate you with the Optilogic platform
Display your delivery routes, stops, and associated metrics
Provide map-based navigation to delivery stops
Show your current location on the map
Deliver in-app notifications
Remember your preferences (theme, selected team)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is exchanged only between the app and the Optilogic platform API (api.optilogic.app and service.optilogic.app) for the purpose of providing app functionality.
When you use the navigation feature, your selected destination is passed to Apple Maps or Google Maps via a standard URL scheme. This is subject to the respective privacy policies of Apple and Google.
Login credentials are stored using platform-native encrypted storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
Route data is cached in memory and cleared when you log out
All network communication uses HTTPS encryption
Authentication tokens are automatically refreshed and expired tokens are discarded
Cached route data is retained only during active app sessions
Stored credentials are removed when you log out or uninstall the app
Notification history is stored locally and removed upon logout or app uninstall
You can:
Access your data by viewing it within the app
Delete your data by logging out (clears all stored credentials and cached data) or uninstalling the app
Revoke location access at any time through your device's Settings
Disable biometric login through the app's login screen
RouteFrog is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
RouteFrog connects to the following third-party services:
Optilogic (authentication and route data) — optilogic.app
Apple Maps / Google Maps (navigation, initiated by user action only)
Each service is governed by its own privacy policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
