RoundFlow Privacy Policy

RoundFlow is developed by MEM Studio.
RoundFlow is a workout interval timer app. It helps users create and run timed training sessions such as HIIT, Tabata, boxing rounds, strength circuits, cardio intervals, mobility and stretching.
Account and login
RoundFlow does not require users to create an account or log in.
Local app data
Workout timers, saved sessions, preferences, sound settings and Pro status are stored locally on the user’s device.
Purchases
RoundFlow uses Google Play Billing to process the RoundFlow Pro Lifetime purchase. Payment information is handled by Google Play. RoundFlow does not collect or store payment card details.
Advertising
The Free version of RoundFlow may display banner ads through Google AdMob. Pro users do not see ads.
Google AdMob may process device identifiers and advertising-related data to provide, limit, personalize, measure and improve ads, depending on the user’s consent choices and applicable laws.
Privacy choices
Where required, RoundFlow provides privacy choices so users can manage their advertising consent preferences.
Health and fitness
RoundFlow is a fitness timer app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, disease management, clinical decision support or emergency health services.
RoundFlow does not collect health data, heart rate data, calories, weight, Health Connect data, wearable data or medical records.
Data not collected by RoundFlow
RoundFlow does not collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Location
- Contacts
- Photos or videos
- Audio recordings
- Messages
- Health data
- Financial information
- Payment card information
Data deletion requests
RoundFlow does not require an account and does not store user data on MEM Studio servers.
Workout timers, saved sessions and app preferences are stored locally on the user’s device. Users can delete this local data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data from Android settings.

If a user contacts MEM Studio about privacy or data deletion, MEM Studio will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Advertising data related to ads shown in the Free version may be processed by Google AdMob according to Google’s own privacy practices and the user’s consent choices.

RoundFlow uses:
- Google Play Billing for in-app purchases
- Google AdMob for ads in the Free version
These third-party services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Children
RoundFlow is not specifically designed for children under 13.
