RotCraft ("we", "us", or "our") provides the RotCraft mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide or Generate in the App
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or process:
- **Voice and audio data**: If you use voice interaction, AI character voice chat, or calling features, the App may request access to your microphone. We may process audio recordings, speech-to-text content, voice interaction timestamps, call/session status, and technical audio data needed to provide the feature.
- **Photos, images, and user-generated content**: If you choose to take a photo, select an image, crop an image, create a character, avatar, or DIY content, we may process the images or files you provide and related upload/download URLs.
- **In-app activity**: We may collect information about your use of App features, including gameplay progress, virtual rewards, characters, tasks, feature interactions, ad views/clicks, and other usage events.
- **Purchase information**: If you make an in-app purchase or subscription through Google Play, we may receive purchase status, product ID, purchase time, order-related identifiers, subscription status, and purchase token for purchase validation, fraud prevention, customer support, and entitlement delivery. We do not collect your full payment card information; payment is processed by Google Play.
- **Communications with us**: If you contact us by email, we may collect your email address and the content of your message so that we can respond.
1.2 Device, Log, and Technical Information
We and our service providers may collect:
- Device model, operating system version, app version, language, country/region, network type, carrier, screen and device settings;
- IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers such as Google Advertising ID, App Set ID, Firebase Installation ID, and similar identifiers;
- Crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, error reports, session information, timestamps, and other technical logs;
- Network and connectivity information, including Wi-Fi/network status and approximate location inferred from IP address or device signals.
1.3 Location Information
The App may request or process **approximate location** information, including coarse Android location, IP-based location, country/region, or similar location signals. We use this information to provide and improve the App, support ads, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. We do not request precise GPS location unless a feature clearly requires it and you grant permission.
1.4 Advertising, Analytics, and Attribution Data
The App is free and may show ads. We and our advertising, analytics, and attribution partners may collect and process:
- Advertising ID and other device identifiers;
- Ad impressions, clicks, reward ad completion, ad placement, and ad interaction data;
- App install source, referral, attribution, campaign, and conversion data;
- App usage events, session events, retention, and performance metrics;
- Approximate location, device information, IP address, and consent preferences.
This information is used to show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, attribute installs, analyze App usage, and improve the App. Where required, we ask for consent before personalized advertising or certain tracking activities.
1.5 Push Notifications
If you allow notifications, we may use Firebase Cloud Messaging or similar services to send service messages, reminders, reward notifications, updates, or promotional messages. We may process notification tokens, delivery status, and notification interaction data. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App;
- Enable voice interaction, calling, AI response generation, photo/image features, gameplay, rewards, and account-related functionality;
- Process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions;
- Show ads, including rewarded ads, and measure advertising performance;
- Analyze App usage, diagnose issues, fix bugs, and improve performance;
- Send push notifications if you have allowed them;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
We do not use your voice recordings, speech-to-text content, or photos for advertising profiling unless we separately notify you and obtain consent where required.
3. App Permissions
The App may request the following permissions depending on your device and App features:
- **Microphone**: to enable voice interaction, AI voice chat, or calling features.
- **Camera**: to let you take photos for App features such as avatars, character creation, or DIY content.
- **Photos, media, and storage**: to let you select, save, upload, or share images and App content.
- **Notifications**: to send push notifications if you allow them.
- **Approximate location**: to support ads, analytics, security, fraud prevention, or location-based technical requirements.
- **Network and Wi-Fi state / Internet**: to connect to our servers, download content, show ads, process analytics, and provide online features.
- **Advertising ID and Android Privacy Sandbox AdServices**: to support advertising, attribution, measurement, and ad privacy features.
- **Billing**: to support Google Play in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- **Audio settings, foreground service, wake lock, Bluetooth, vibration, and similar technical permissions**: to support media, voice, calling, notifications, ads, and stable App operation.
You can manage permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work if you disable the relevant permission.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party SDKs and service providers. These providers may collect information directly from your device or receive information from us, subject to their own privacy policies. Third-party services used in the App may include:

These services may process data for analytics, crash reporting, cloud messaging, remote configuration, advertising, ad mediation, attribution, fraud prevention, purchase validation, and real-time voice communication.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share information:
- With service providers that help us operate the App, host servers, provide voice or AI features, analyze usage, send notifications, validate purchases, provide ads, or diagnose crashes;
- With advertising and attribution partners to serve ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and attribute installs or conversions;
- With Google Play or payment-related providers to process and validate purchases;
- If required by law, legal process, or government request;
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, us, or others;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, certain advertising or analytics activities may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some privacy laws. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings and, where available, through consent prompts shown in the App.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The App does not use browser cookies directly in the same way as websites. However, third-party SDKs, WebView pages, ad networks, and analytics tools may use cookies, local storage, SDK storage, device identifiers, pixels, or similar technologies to provide services, measure performance, remember preferences, and show or measure ads.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the App, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing agreements.
- Voice data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide and improve the voice feature, unless a longer period is required for security, troubleshooting, or legal reasons.
- Photos and user-generated content are retained as needed to provide App features or until deleted according to available App functions or your deletion request.
- Crash logs, analytics data, advertising data, and attribution data may be retained by us or third-party providers according to their retention practices.
- Purchase records may be retained as necessary to provide entitlements, support subscriptions, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. For sensitive transfers such as voice and server communication, we use encryption where supported by the App and our service providers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent.
You can exercise choices by:
- Managing App permissions in your device settings;
- Disabling microphone, camera, photos/media, location, or notification permissions;
- Resetting or deleting your advertising ID or limiting ad personalization in your device settings;
- Using consent prompts or privacy settings where available in the App;

We may need to verify your request before responding. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, such as fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or purchase records.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 years old, or a higher age if required by applicable law in your country or region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age without appropriate parental consent.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at facecraft59@gmail.com. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process and store information in countries or regions other than where you live. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Links to Other Sites
The App may contain links to third-party websites, ads, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page and update the effective date. Changes are effective when posted, unless otherwise required by law.
