Welcome! We're glad you're here. The Rosewood Neighborhood Association is an elected board of volunteers. Our group performs two main functions. We are a Lake Oswego Neighborhood Association and a Clackamas County Community Planning Organization (CPO).
In Lake Oswego, The Rosewood Neighborhood Association is an officially recognized channel for citizen participation in land use planning. Neighborhood residents elect the board to represent their views before the Planning Commission, City Council and other public bodies and to maintain ongoing communications with City government. Our goal is to improve the livability of our neighborhood.
As a Clackamas County CPO, we are an advisory group to the Board of County Commissioners on land use matters affecting communities. CPOs are notified of proposed land use actions and legislative changes within their boundaries. They may review these applications and provide recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.

Rosewood is bordered by the City of Tualatin, the Bryant Neighborhood, and the City of Rivergrove. Roughly 86% of the residents live in Unincorporated Clackamas County.
River Grove Elementary and Pilkington Park bring residents through daily. Not sure if you're a Rosewood community member? Check out the map below, provided by Clackamas County
Clackamas County GIS (CMAP) also maintains this data online. You can reference your home in relation to the CPO by searching your address and looking under 'Utilities and Districts'
If you live in the City of Lake Oswego, LOMap also has a layer that shows Neighborhood Association boundaries. Expand the Planning layer and check 'Neighborhood Associations' to see if your property is inside the NA boundary.
