The Roseville Summer Music Camp is a day camp sponsored by the Roseville Community Concert Band. Our music camp is open to students just finishing the 5th-8th grades and is held each June in Roseville. Our camp instructors are experienced local music educators and our counselors are music students from local high schools and colleges. Each week will finish with a free concert performance for family and friends!

SESSION 1 (Concert Band / Beginning Band)  8:30 AM - 12:30 PM  Daily  (Monday - Friday)

SESSION 2 (Jazz Band)  8:30 AM -12:30 PM  Daily  (Monday - Thursday)

Session 1 (Concert Band / Beginning Band) - $200.00

FINAL CONCERT

There will be a free concert at noon on Friday (Session 1) and

Thursday (Session 2) for family and friends to attend.

SESSION 1 - CONCERT BAND or BEGINNING BAND

1. • CONCERT BAND - Open to any band students who have just finished 6th-8th grade (for the 2025-26 school year) with at least one (1) year of playing experience on their main instrument. 

   • BEGINNING BAND - No experience is necessary. Open to any students who have just finished 5th-7th grade (2025-26 school year).  Instruments available to learn are: flute, clarinet, alto saxophone, trumpet, trombone, baritone, or mallet percussion. 

 -Note for Beginning Band: We may be able to provide an instrument to borrow for the week if needed, depending on the instrument requested and our inventory.

SESSION 2 - JAZZ BAND

• JAZZ BAND - Open to any intermediate and advanced music students who just finished 6th-8th grade (for the 2024-25 school year) with at least one (1) year of playing experience on their instrument.​​​
