About: I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Economics at the University of York. I studied Mathematics as an undergraduate at the University of Lincoln before pursuing a master's in economics at the University of York, where I continued with my PhD. My background is in Macroeconomics and Innovation Theory, with an emphasis on building models that help make sense of the modern trends in growth across developed countries. While my mathematical background has given me a theoretical focus, I also have experience with Data, having collected data for papers in Economic History during my studies.Â
Besides economics, my hobbies include writing, acting in theatre, and reading nonfiction
