RoRec Privacy Policy

RoRec is a browser extension designed to help users evaluate Roblox limited-item trades. This Privacy Policy explains how RoRec handles information when the extension is installed and used.

Information RoRec Processes

RoRec processes limited information displayed on supported Roblox trade pages, including:

• The limited items included in a trade

• Item identification numbers

• Item RAP and Value information

• Robux amounts shown in an offer

• Public item information such as demand, trend, and projected status

This information is used only to analyze the current trade and display an Accept, Counter, or Decline recommendation.

Personal Information

RoRec does not collect or request:

• Names, email addresses, or home addresses

• Passwords or Roblox login credentials

• Authentication cookies or security information

• Payment or credit-card information

• Private messages or communications

• Precise location information

RoRec does not require users to create a separate account.

Local Storage

RoRec may store temporary extension settings, cached public item information, and trade-page state locally in the user’s browser.

This information is used to improve loading speed and keep the extension working when moving between Roblox trade and counter pages.

Locally stored information is not sent to the RoRec developer.

External Services

RoRec may request publicly available item information from Roblox and Rolimon’s to provide trade analysis.

RoRec does not send passwords, authentication credentials, private communications, or personally identifiable information to these services.

RoRec is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation or Rolimon’s.

How Information Is Used

Information processed by RoRec is used only to:

• Read the contents of the current Roblox trade

• Compare the items and Robux on each side

• Retrieve public limited-item information

• Display item details and trade recommendations

• Maintain temporary extension settings and cached information

Information is not used for advertising, tracking, credit decisions, or unrelated purposes.

Data Sharing and Selling

RoRec does not sell user data.

RoRec does not transfer user data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

RoRec does not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to its single purpose of analyzing Roblox limited-item trades.

Browsing Activity

RoRec does not track a user’s general browsing history.

The extension operates only on supported Roblox pages and related public item-information pages required for its trade-analysis features.

Remote Code

RoRec does not download or execute remote JavaScript or WebAssembly.

All executable extension code is included within the extension package. Information retrieved from external sources is treated only as data and is not executed as code.

Data Security

RoRec limits its access to the permissions and websites needed for its trade-analysis features. No method of electronic processing is completely secure, but RoRec is designed to minimize the information it accesses and stores.

Children’s Privacy

RoRec does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when RoRec’s features or data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
