This Privacy Policy describes how Eren Kaya ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, and shares information in connection with our mobile game, Ropedoku (the "Game", the "App", or the "Service").

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Game on all platforms, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By accessing and using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Game.

1. The Data We Collect

We have designed Ropedoku to minimize data collection. We do not collect, request, or process any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.

A. Automatically Collected Data (Non-Personal Data) When you access the Game, we or our third-party service providers may automatically collect non-personal, aggregated data to help us operate, improve, and optimize the Service. This data includes:

• Game Progress & Events: Levels completed, failure rates, time spent in the game, and the triggering of specific in-game events.

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and general language settings.

• Engagement Data: Session lengths and retention metrics (e.g., daily active usage).

2. How We Use the Data

The non-personal data we collect is used strictly for internal purposes, including:

• To operate, improve, and optimize Ropedoku.

• To balance game difficulty and enhance player experience.

• To identify and fix bugs, crashes, and technical issues.

• To serve relevant advertisements through third-party networks.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Ropedoku is a free-to-play game supported by advertising (interstitial and rewarded video ads). To provide these ads and analyze game performance, we integrate third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs).

These third-party providers may collect and process data such as your IP address and device advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to deliver personalized ads and track ad performance.

• iOS Devices: Go to Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising and select to limit ad tracking.

• Android Devices: Go to Settings > Google > Ads and select "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID".

4. In-App Purchases

Ropedoku may offer virtual items or subscriptions for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). We do not process these payments directly. All transactions are securely handled by the respective app store providers (Apple via App Store or Google via Google Play).

We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or any other financial data. Your purchases are subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of Apple or Google.

5. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Even though we do not collect personal data, we respect global privacy regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Because the data we collect is entirely anonymized and aggregated, it cannot be linked back to you to fulfill a request for data access, deletion, or portability. If you wish to stop the collection of any future anonymous analytics or ad-related data, you may do so by deleting the App from your device.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain the anonymous aggregated data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the integrity of the data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

Ropedoku is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions such as the EU), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we confirm that we have collected such information, we will take all reasonable steps to delete it as quickly as possible.
