NeonBug Systems ("Developer", "We", "Us", or "Our") built the RootedLife app as a Free app with In-App Purchases (Premium). This SERVICE is provided by us and is intended for use as is.

1. Information Collection and Use (Local Storage & Your Privacy) RootedLife is designed to track your habits and support your recovery journey. We highly value your privacy.
In-App Health & Diary Data: All data you enter into the app (such as crisis moments, diary entries, triggers, and storm records) is stored exclusively and locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to remote servers, we do not collect it, and we do not share it with third parties. When you uninstall the app, all this data is permanently erased from your device.

Third-Party Service Providers To provide core functionalities (such as displaying ads and managing subscriptions), certain anonymous identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID, device model) may be shared with trusted third-party services. 3. Subscriptions and Payments When you purchase a RootedLife PRO subscription, payment processing is securely handled directly by the Google Play Store. We do not have access to your credit card information or personal financial data. To verify your subscription status, an anonymous App User ID is assigned to your device using RevenueCat's infrastructure.
4. Notifications The app uses your device's notification service to send you motivational messages (Wise Squirrel) and daily reminders. You can manage or turn off notification permissions at any time through your device settings.
5. Children's Privacy This application is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our systems and linked services.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
