Weekly letter from PE department to all Roosevelt students:

March 24: Let’s start today with some slowness and breathing. Take your time with each stretch. Breathe. Don’t rush. Put on some chill music. Hold each stretch for at least 10 seconds and just relax. Try your best to follow along with the pictures and even add your own stretches if you want. Let us know your favorite stretch in the comments. Enjoy your stretch session for how ever long makes you feel good.
March 21: Get moving, even on a Saturday! Spell out your full name + complete the exercise listed for each letter.
March 20: Feeling a little STIR CRAZY? 😜 Get your blood pumping. Do each of these exercises for 20 seconds — followed by 10 seconds of rest. Burn off some energy while your are stuck inside.
