This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and **RoomBrief AI** ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").
## 1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on your iOS device
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
## 2. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Upload inappropriate or copyrighted content
- Attempt to bypass subscription requirements
- Access the App through unauthorized means
## 3. Subscription Terms
### 3.1 Subscription Plans
- **Monthly Plan:** $9.99/month - 40 credits per month
- **Annual Plan:** $59.99/year - 40 credits per month
### 3.2 Subscription Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours before renewal
- Manage subscriptions in Apple ID Settings
### 3.3 Free Trial
- Free users receive 2 preview credits
- Credits do not roll over or accumulate
- Unused credits expire upon cancellation
### 3.4 Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through Apple ID Settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
## 4. Intellectual Property
### 4.1 App Ownership
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Developer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
### 4.2 User Content
- **Your Uploads:** You retain ownership of photos you upload
- **Generated Designs:** AI-generated designs are for your personal use
- **License to Use:** By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and generate designs
## 5. AI-Generated Content
### 5.1 No Guarantees
- AI-generated designs are suggestions only
- We do not guarantee accuracy, feasibility, or suitability
- Consult professionals before implementing designs
### 5.2 Third-Party AI
- Designs are generated using Google Gemini AI
- Google's terms and policies apply to AI processing
## 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of generated designs
## 7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the subscription
## 8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Violation of this Agreement
- Infringement of third-party rights
## 9. Termination
We may terminate your access to the App if you:
- Violate this Agreement
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the service or other users
## 10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of **Turkey**, without regard to conflict of law principles.
## 11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes.
