App: Room Layout Sketch

By downloading, installing, or using Room Layout Sketch (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms are between you and ROOMLAYOUT ("we", "us", or "our").
Room Layout Sketch is a utility app that helps you create simple room layout sketches. You can manually enter room dimensions, mark doors and windows, place furniture footprints, run basic layout checks, and save or export layout plans.
The App is not:
An AR measuring tool
A professional interior design or construction drawing tool
A furniture store or e-commerce service
A moving planner or home renovation project manager
Layout check results are provided for reference only and do not replace professional advice.
You must comply with applicable laws when using the App. You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
Interfere with the App's normal operation or security
Misrepresent the App as providing guaranteed design, safety, or construction outcomes
You may create and store room records, furniture layouts, plan snapshots, reference photos, and exported layout images ("User Content") while using the App.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You are responsible for the content you create, import, or export, including ensuring you have the right to use any photos or materials you add.
The App may request access to your photo library or camera only when you choose to:
Select a room reference photo from your library
Take a room reference photo with the camera
Save an exported layout image to your photo library
You can decline these permissions and still use core features by entering room details manually.
The App, including its design, code, branding, sample room content, and furniture templates (excluding your User Content), is owned by ROOMLAYOUT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that layout checks will identify every issue, that measurements will be accurate, or that any layout will be safe or suitable for your space.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $0 if the App is provided free of charge.
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where required, provide additional notice within the App or on our website.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App if required by law, platform policy, or operational needs.
You can delete saved room records from within the App using the clear-data option in Settings.
