2. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through the ICICI Bank Payment Gateway. ServNex does not store or retain any sensitive payment information such as card details, CVV, or banking credentials on its servers.

3. Subscription Usage

• Subscriptions are strictly non-transferable between organizations.

• Each subscription is linked to a specific organization account and cannot be shared or reassigned.

4. Data Security and Isolation

Each organization’s data is securely stored and maintained with strict isolation. ServNex ensures that no data is shared across different organizations, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

5. Refund Policy

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

• In eligible cases, as determined by company policy, refunds may be processed.

• Approved refunds will be completed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
