I am a researcher on quantum computing, working at the Global Technology Applied Research (GTAR) centre (link) at JPMorgan Chase & Co in New York City. My focus is on applying techniques from quantum computation to tackle machine learning and optimization tasks. I have been in this role since 2021. This is my Google Scholar profile. I am also a part-time student at the master in Computer Science at Courant institute, New York University.
News:
Our paper "Quantum Compilation Toolkit for Rydberg Atom Arrays with Implications for Problem Hardness and Quantum Speedups" with Amazon Web Services has just been published at the APS Physical Review Research journal.
Two patents applications involved in the development of Hybrid HHL++ (paper) have been granted:
Systems and methods for enhanced eigenvalue inversion using quantum conditional logic (US20220382827A1)
Systems and methods for optimization of time evolution for quantum computer-based eigenvalue estimation (US20220382830A1)
More about me:
Prior to my current role, I worked as a software developer during two years at JPMorgan Chase & Co in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have a "Licenciatura" degree, equivalent to a bachelor and master degee, in Physics by the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I did an internship at CERN in 2017 where I worked on the tuning of the Cellular Automaton parameters for the Phase 1 track seeding at the CMS experiment (report here). I graduated in 2019 with honors for my outstanding academic performance. My thesis was in computational physics where I studied and benchmarked dimensionality reduction techniques appplied to single-cell studies using both simulated and experimental data.
