Welcome to Romi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Romi mobile application ("App"), which enables you to trigger interactive visual effects through hand gestures and voice commands, and to save your creations.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Romi.

1. Eligibility
Romi is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. App Functionality
Romi allows you to:

• Use real-time hand gestures and voice commands to trigger visual effects

• Save your visual creations to your device

• Enjoy a creative, hands-free interaction experience

We may update or change the features of the App at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App

• Upload or distribute any inappropriate or harmful content through the App

4. Ownership and Rights
All intellectual property related to the App, including visuals, technology, and branding, belongs to Romi. You retain ownership of content you create and save using the App, but you may not use Romi’s assets for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Privacy and Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it is used. Romi does not collect personally identifiable information unless you choose to share it.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Romi if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
