Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Roll & Goal. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using Roll & Goal ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. These terms apply to all users of the Game, including users who are registered or unregistered.
The Game is free to download. Its content age rating is assigned by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and may vary by region. Users under the age of 13 must have parental consent to use the Game.
Crondra Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission
Exploit the Game to generate revenue outside of normal gameplay
The Game uses anonymous authentication by default — no registration is required to play. Optionally, you may connect a game service account — Google Play Games (on Android) or Apple Game Center (on iOS) — to access achievements and leaderboard features. Connecting a game service is voluntary and is governed by that provider's own terms (Google or Apple). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Game offers optional social features that let you add other players as friends (using a shareable friend code), send friend requests, gift in-game items to friends, and send post-match appreciation ("Respect"). Use of these features is voluntary, and you may remove a friend connection at any time. Gifts and appreciation, once sent, cannot be reversed. We do not provide free-text chat or private messaging between players.
The Game offers in-app purchases, including virtual currency ("RC" or "Roll Coins"), cosmetic items, and a recurring premium subscription. Please note:
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Purchase management and subscription verification is handled by RevenueCat on our behalf. We do not have access to your payment details.
Virtual currency and purchased items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
Virtual currency and consumable purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
In-app purchases are optional. Core gameplay features remain accessible without spending real money.
Card packs (whether opened with earned or purchased virtual currency) use a randomized reward mechanic (sometimes referred to as "loot boxes"). The probability of obtaining each rarity tier is disclosed in the in-game shop prior to each purchase. Packs are entertainment-only and do not represent gambling — items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change at any time.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact the relevant store (Apple or Google) directly, as we do not process payments ourselves.
The Game offers a recurring premium subscription ("PREMIUM") that provides the following benefits while the subscription is active:
Removal of interstitial (forced, full-screen) advertisements. Voluntary reward advertisements — short videos you may optionally watch to earn in-game rewards — remain available to all users, including subscribers.
2x multiplier on earned XP and RC rewards (applies to experience points, daily shop rewards, and voluntary ad rewards).
Access to the premium reward track of the Season Pass.
Exclusive Premium Member Badge and cosmetic items.
The subscription is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price confirmed at purchase.
If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. You will not be charged during the trial period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. We are not able to process cancellations directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain subscriber benefits until that date.
Upon cancellation or expiry of your subscription:
Interstitial advertisements will be re-enabled.
The 2x XP multiplier will be removed.
Access to the premium Season Pass track will be removed for any future seasons.
The exclusive Premium Member Badge will no longer be displayed on your profile.
Items, rewards, and currency already claimed during the active subscription period (including Season Pass rewards already collected, cards, and Roll Coins) are permanently retained on your account.
The Game features a time-limited Season Pass that offers free and premium reward tracks.
Each season has a defined start and end date. After a season ends, a 3-day grace period allows you to claim any rewards you have already earned. After the grace period, unclaimed rewards are forfeited and cannot be recovered. No Season Pass XP can be earned after a season ends, even during the grace period.
Season start dates, end dates, tasks, and rewards are determined by Crondra Studios and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, delay, cancel, or end a season at any time without prior notice or compensation.
If you purchase the premium Season Pass track late in a season, you may not have sufficient time to earn enough XP to unlock all milestones. No refunds or extensions will be granted on this basis.
The premium Season Pass reward track requires an active Premium subscription to access. Purchasing a Premium subscription during a season grants access to the premium track for that season, subject to the remaining time and earned XP.
The Game requires an active internet connection for certain features, including online matchmaking, leaderboards, cloud saves, and Season Pass progress. Crondra Studios is not responsible for gameplay limitations or loss of progress resulting from a lack of connectivity, server maintenance, or service interruptions.
You agree not to:
Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or burdens the Game's servers or infrastructure.
Attempt to access any part of the Game or its backend systems that you are not authorized to access.
Spam, abuse, or misuse the social features (for example, sending excessive friend requests or gifts, or harassing other players through any social feature).
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
If you believe your account has been suspended or restricted in error, you may contact us at crondrastudios@gmail.com to request a review. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may restore access if the suspension was made in error.
All content in the Game, including graphics, sounds, code, and game design, is the exclusive property of Crondra Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Game.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Crondra Studios does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Game is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crondra Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or loss of in-app purchases.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the Game or on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
Some in-app purchase options may not be available in all countries or regions due to local regulations. Currently, Roll Coin (RC) pack purchases are not available in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Brazil. In Brazil, this restriction applies in compliance with the Digital Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA Digital), which prohibits randomized reward mechanics (loot boxes) in games accessible by minors. All other features of the Game remain fully accessible in these regions at no cost.
The following additional terms apply if you download or use the Game on an Apple device via the Apple App Store ("App Store Sourced Application"):
These Terms are between you and Crondra Studios only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services for the Game. Any questions regarding maintenance or support should be directed to Crondra Studios at crondrastudios@gmail.com.
In the event of any failure of the Game to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Game. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Game.
Crondra Studios, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game, including but not limited to product liability claims, any claim that the Game fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the Game or your possession and use of the Game infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Crondra Studios, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
