Roler FX – End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Cronga FX for the use of the video game Roler FX. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the game, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
1. License of Use
Roler FX is provided as a digital product. By downloading, installing, or purchasing the game, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the game for personal and non-commercial use only.
2. Prohibitions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or rent the game without authorization.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the game.
Use the game for commercial purposes without written permission from Cronga FX.
Use the game for illegal activities or activities that harm third parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in Roler FX, including but not limited to code, designs, models, textures, graphics, interface, music, sounds, video, name, and logo, belong to Cronga FX or its licensors. The game is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. Updates and Content
Cronga FX may provide updates, patches, improvements, or additional content at any time, with or without prior notice. Some game features may require an internet connection.
5. Online Services
Cronga FX does not guarantee that online services will be available at all times and is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or connection issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Cronga FX shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, system failures, or any other damage resulting from the use or inability to use the game.
7. Termination
This agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with the terms of this EULA. In that case, you must stop using the game and delete all copies of it.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
