Our Lab uses a combination of biogeochemical and multi-omics tools to study the diversity, distribution and function of plant- and soil-associated microorganisms. We frame our research in the role of microorganism in ecosystem adaptation, transformation, and resilience in response to environmental change.
I accept graduate students through the PhD in Microbiology and Cell Science as well as the PhD in Interdisciplinary Ecology.
