I'm currently a lecturer with the School of Informatics and Cybersecurity at Technological University Dublin (TUDublin), Ireland. Previously, I was an assistant professor and programme director of the MS in FinTech and master-level Cyber Security course at the School of Computing, National College of Ireland, Dublin. I was also involved in various external roles with Liverpool John Moores University, UK, and Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway. I was also associated as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Insight SFI Research Centre for Data Analytics, Dublin City University, Dublin, Ireland. I was working on EU H2020 funded project TRACTION. I was part of the Performance Engineering Laboratory under the supervision of Prof. Gabriel-Miro Muntean. I had an enjoyable stint with Manipal Institute of Technology, MAHE, Manipal, India, as an Assistant Professor (NIRF Ranking#8). I have received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Indore. I was part of the Service Computing Lab under the supervision of Dr. Abhishek Srivastava, where I conducted and led research activities in the service computing and mobile computing area. My research was geared towards enabling the computing environment over the resource-constrained environment. Before pursuing a research career, I got a brief but very enjoyable industrial stint at Marvell Inc. and VMware.
