Jindal Stainless Ltd-Serving as Senior Manager (R&D)- 8th April 2024-Present

Primarily engaged in projects focused on the recovery of critical metals from chrome mine tailings, overburden, and ferrochrome slags using sustainable mineral processing and extractive metallurgy techniques.

Industrial experience includes industrial-scale mineral processing, agglomeration, and pyrometallurgical operations, with hands-on expertise in froth flotation, tabling, jigging, ball mills, disc pelletizers, briquetting plants, rotary kilns, and submerged arc furnace-based smelting and reduction processes.
