ROGUE WRESTLING CLUB
EAGLE RIVER, AK
Dear Rogue Wrestling Club Community,
After seven years of service to our wrestlers, families, and the Alaska wrestling community, the Rogue Wrestling Club Board has determined that it is time to formally dissolve the organization.
This decision did not come lightly. Since the beginning, Rogue Wrestling Club has been built and sustained by dedicated volunteers, passionate coaches, supportive families, and the original board members who committed their time to building something meaningful for our Eagle River community. Your loyalty and belief in the mission of this program are the reasons we were able to serve our wrestlers for as long as we did.
At this time, circumstances have led us to conclude that the responsible next step is to dissolve the organization. We are grateful for the opportunity to have worked with each of you and for the positive impact the club has had on our community.
As part of this process, we are submitting formal notice of dissolution to the State of Alaska, consistent with the requirements for nonprofit organizations. Any remaining obligations will be handled according to state guidelines and the organization’s bylaws.
On a personal note, I want to thank all of you for your years of support. We are proud of all the wrestlers who have come through the program and grateful to the community that made all these wrestling seasons memorable. We've had the best coaches, hands down. It could've never happened without them and their continued sacrifice to work with our wrestlers. Most importantly, a final thank you to the parents who always supported us and helped us build something special! We are forever grateful for you.
As the sun sets on RWC, I would encourage all who wish to continue wrestling to join the Chugach Eagles program, as many of our coaches and wrestlers will be joining their club. If you need additional information on their club, please feel free to reach out.
With all the love,
Coach Ruggles
Rouge Wrestling Club President
